Recent Millennium Alaskan Anchorage Review: "We had an amazing vacation to Alaska and part of that was our stay at the Millenium. First off, the bed was big and cozy and very comfortable. We also had several meals at the on site restaurant which were outstanding. They were well prepared, delicious meals, served in a beautiful setting, by an attentive wait staff. Things were a little pricey, but thats expected in Anchorage and pretty much every where in Alaska.
We found the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. They are located away from the downtown area, but have free shuttle service which suited our needs fine.
Only down-side--they charge for internet. Seemed like a cheap thing to do at an upscale hotel."

| A short guide to Anchorage |
|
Alaska’s biggest city straddles the Cook Inlet and the Chugach Mountains. Mt. McKinley, North America’s tallest mountain, is visible from downtown on clear days. Although Alaska conjures images of the frozen north, flowers thrive in Anchorage. Town Square Municipal Park and the Delaney Park Strip blossom during summers. Nearby, the Alaska Museum of Natural History showcases Ice Age fossils.
